| Degree in Physics in the specialty of Atmosphere Physics by the Complutense University of Madrid (1986). Until 1993 he develops his professional activity in the field of specialized engineering in the electrical sector, where he participates and coordinates different works related to atmospheric pollution in the framework of the production of electric energy. In 1993 he joined CEAM as a senior researcher, having participated in different research projects as coordinator and / or principal investigator. These include "Optimization of the Management of Air Quality Monitoring Networks in the Valencian Community", funded by the Regional Ministry of the Environment of the Generalitat Valenciana; "Integral Study of the Particulate Matter and Sulfate Compounds of the Combustion of Coal in a Large Thermoelectric Plant", Funded by CICYT; "South European Cycles of Air Pollution", Funded by the Commission of the European Communities. In the area of services for administrations, it has contributed to numerous projects for the management and exploitation of air quality, at national, regional and local level. In 2000 it implements and coordinates the monitoring program for tropospheric ozone levels in The Valencian Community, which has been developed annually by the CEAM in collaboration with the air quality managers of the Generalitat Valenciana. | ||
