Graduated in Physical Sciences and Diploma of Advanced
Studies by the University of Valencia, he works since 1996 in
the CEAM Foundation. With experience in air quality management
and research, his dedication is focused on air quality data
analysis and validation, and air quality networks design.
Since 1997 is responsible for the air quality data validation
of the Air Quality Network of the Valencian Region, and
colaborates in the continuous optimization of the network. At a national level, he has coordinated two air quality studies: "Study and evaluation of air pollution by tropospheric ozone in Spain" (2005-2009) funded by the Environment Ministry of Spain, aimed at optimizing surveillance networks in Spain, and "Ozone Pollution in Spain (CONOZE)" (2013), project funded by the Biodiversity Foundation, aimed at ozone reduction plans in Spain. He has also coordinated several studies for different regional and local administrations: "Analysis of the ozone episodes of July 2013 and July 2014 in Madrid" (2015) for the Madrid City Council, "Optimization the air quality monitoring network in the AMVA" (2010) for the UPB of Medellín, Colombia. |
